Scholarships & Financial Aid
At Cihan Institute, we believe that financial circumstances should never prevent talented students from achieving their educational goals. To support this mission, we offer a variety of scholarships, grants, and financial aid programs designed to recognize excellence, reward talent, and provide opportunities for students with financial need.
The Financial Aid Office is here to help you explore funding options, apply for scholarships, and ensure your academic journey is financially accessible.
Merit-Based Scholarships
Awarded to students with outstanding academic records.
High school average of 85% or above required.
Covers 25% – 50% of tuition fees.
Renewable each year if the student maintains a GPA of 3.0+.
Need-Based Financial Aid
Designed for students with proven financial difficulties.
Covers 20% – 40% of tuition fees.
Requires income verification and supporting documents.
Talent & Leadership Awards
For students with special skills in sports, arts, community service, or leadership.
Coverage up to 30% of tuition fees.
Requires portfolio, certificates, or recommendation letters.
Sibling & Family Discounts
Supporting families who enroll multiple students.
2 siblings: 10% discount.
3 or more siblings: 15% discount.
International Student Grant
Encourages diversity and supports international applicants.
Offers 15% – 25% tuition discount.
Work-Study Program
On-campus part-time opportunities in library, IT labs, student affairs, etc.
Provides monthly stipends or tuition credit.
Application Process
- Indicate Interest
During admission, check the option for “Apply for Scholarship/Financial Aid.”
Submit Documents
Completed Financial Aid Application Form.
High school transcript / GPA report.
Proof of income (for need-based aid).
Certificates of achievement (for merit/talent awards).
Recommendation letter (if available).
Review & Evaluation
Applications reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee.
Some applicants may be asked for an interview.
Award Notification
Students receive results within 2–3 weeks.
Aid is confirmed with an official scholarship/aid letter.
Renewal
Scholarships and aid are reviewed annually.
Continued eligibility depends on academic performance and conduct.



Student Responsibilities
- Maintain the required GPA for scholarship renewal.
Abide by institute rules and policies.
Participate in academic or extracurricular activities if part of a talent award.
Notify the Financial Aid Office of any changes in financial status.
