Welcome to the X-Ray (Radiology) Department at Cihan Institute. Our two-year program is designed to prepare students with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to work effectively as radiology technicians, imaging assistants, and diagnostic support staff in hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on laboratory training, our students gain a strong foundation in medical imaging techniques, radiographic safety, patient positioning, and imaging interpretation basics. Training Sites
Hospital Radiology Departments – exposure to X-Ray, CT, and MRI imaging.
Diagnostic Imaging Centers – practical experience with outpatient imaging procedures.
Medical Laboratories – training on equipment operation and image quality control.
Duration & Supervision
Conducted in the fourth (final) semester.
Training lasts 8–10 weeks (depending on the placement).
Students are supervised by licensed radiologists and technologists.
